Mary McGovern interviews Karin Jansson from Sweden after she gave a lecture at the Martinus Centre entitled &#8220;Forgiveness as Science and Art&#8221;. She describes the process of forgiving with your brain and with your heart, and how it leads to a union with all life.<\/p>\n<p>The idea of forgiveness is essential to Christianity, but Christ didn&#8217;t provide any logical explanation for it. Martinus points to non-forgiveness as a very heavy burden that most of us carry with us, a burden that contributes to illness and depression.
