Episode 20: Stress from a spiritual perspective

Current rapid processes of change both at the personal level and at a more global, political level cause many people to experience increasing levels of stress and unnatural fatigue.

In this podcast Mary McGovern interviews psychologist and writer Sören Grind. They reflect on how Martinus’ ideas about reincarnation and the evolution of mankind can complement our general understanding of the causes of stress. Why do we see an increase in the number of people who are suffering from stress? Are there spiritual tools that can help us deal with it?

  1. Thanks for you both did a good job for podcast,  I listened the Episode 20,Stress from a spiritual perspective,and want to share my view on this topic.
      1. Where the stress comes from?
       They come from ourselves lives and our surrounding, such society,job and family relationships ……ect.
      Every baby is being born to the matter world ,the first thing she or him done or will do is crying ,it signs the beginning of suffering,because our consciousness have a function that accumulate and record sth bad and good,especially our desires or wishes are not being achieved or satisfy in our previous life ,so we have to go on them  in this life ,at same time all bad things we did before life,now they come back our present life, namely karma,  they lie behind all suffering ,

    2. This is absolutely an illusion to avoid suffering seeing happiness.
      The suffering or stress is a  way leads us change our thinking and behaviour, so that we become a balance state, This process is hard ,but we have to accept pain calmly and reasonably as we take happiness,and keeping a peaceful mind to all things, that is to say is beyond the plane suffering and happiness.

    All things human beings  pursuiting is satisfy each person basic requirement and creat more civilization society with no pollution,vegan food ,peace world ……ect,this is way reduce suffering to us ,every one on Earth .
